US Masters Swimming &

Adult Learn to Swim

Masters Swimming is great for those who want a guided swim workout and a scheduled practice time to keep them motivated and get the most out of their swim.  Kat is the USMS Coach at East Texas Aquatics.  Kat is also a certified Adult Learn to Swim instructor (ALTS) and specializes in working with adults who have a fear of the water or want to learn how to swim.  For more information about USMS or ALTS services, visit East Texas Aquatics online!

Exercise testing is supported by the guidelines and recommendations of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a prominent organization in the field of sports medicine and exercise science.
